Halifax Real Estate Housing Market Update for December 2020.
So that’s it for real estate here in Halifax in 2020. Our final update for this memorable year!
With everything going on during the year, it has been interesting to see how the Halifax real estate market has performed and how we have adapted to still be able to view and sell homes in Halifax.
I haven’t seen the Halifax Real Estate market this strong in all of my 8 years in real estate. With the final average selling price hitting 26% over last year and record low levels of inventory this HOT sellers market continues.
To answer “will the Halifax market continue for 2021 like 2020??” The answer is yes it will š§.
Strong sellers at the right price will keep getting multiple offers and over asking – so long as it is listed at the right price.
Buyers – it’ll take a few offers to get one that will stick and get you that new home. Be prepared and submit strong offers!
